To begin, gather any required items:

Clean white pillowcase, free of wrinkles

Iron

Counter top..no ironing board

T-Shirt transfer paper

T-shirt, tote, or other item, pre-laundered

Paper cutting scissors to trim transfer

Graphics, embroidery designs and printed templates.

Read the t-sirt transfer paper instructions for the suggested
print settings, which side of the paper to print on, etc. You
may also wish to consult your printer setup as some printers
handle specialty paper differently. For example, you must
always keep in mind that you are dealing with mirror images
when using t-shirt transfers. Some printers will automatically
mirror the graphic when t-shirt transfer paper is selected in the
print set up. Other printers may require you to manually mirror
the image in the print set up dialog box. Your printer
manufacturer may advise you to use specific print quality
settings when using t-shirt transfer paper. Read and follow
instructions.

Always print a test on plain paper at draft resolution. The test
